HeroGaming doubles Reactivation thanks to link up with Enteractive

HeroGaming the Swedish operator who also have offices in Malta and behind online casino brands such as Casino Heroes, have managed to double their customer reactivation figures, thanks to teaming up with the reactivation specialists Enteractive.

Enteractive who are leading player in the iGaming industry when it comes to customer retention and reactivation, have helped HeroGaming smash their previous records in this area. With HeroGaming having seen an unprecedented improvement in reactivated player deposits since mid-2020, primarily due to their link up with Enteractive.

Complementing a strong internal CRM department, Enteractive’s activity takes on the harder to reach lapsed players, who respond better to a personalised phone call. Following these impressive results, HeroGaming is now starting a number of new projects with Enteractive, expanding the remit to include activations as well as the reactivation campaigns.
