IOPC: Jaydeep Dawer finishes second in Titan; Nadeem Basha ships DareDevil

The much-awaited IOPC on Spartan Poker is back! Packed with an incredible 25 Crores worth of guarantees in 113 events, the IOPC lives up to its name and attracts the best in the country. The winner of the main event, The Crown, will receive, not a medal, but an actual physical Crown!

The players get a chance to fight for the huge Leaderboard worth 1 Crore as well throughout the entirety of the event. During the two weeks of IOPC 2020, a total of 113 events are scheduled with buy-ins ranging from ₹550 to ₹1.10 Lakhs!

IOPC #64 4L GTD (RE) 

The very first tournament of the day drew a total of 815 entries including re-entries and rebuy. Deepak ‘chimpoo’ Bothra emerged victorious in the tournament to claim the IOPC title for ₹58,911. Just like all other tournaments, the number of entries crushed the guarantee and made a prize pool of ₹407500. The prizepool was collected by top 63 places with a min-cash of ₹1,773.

IOPC #65 6L GTD (RE) 

The ₹1,650 buy-in event received a total of 407 entries(including reentries and rebuys) and created a prize pool of ₹6,10,500. With a total of 31 places paid and a min cash of ₹5,372. Anonymous player ‘AvraCadevra’ claimed the title for ₹1,29,120.

IOPC #66 MONSTER STACK 5L GTD (RE)

The IOPC #66 MONSTER STACK 5L GTD (RE) received a total of 812 entries (including rebuys). Paras ‘AAKKQQJJ’ Jain outlasted these entries and shipped the event for a payout of  ₹1,14,905.

IOPC #67 25L GTD Titan Stack (RE)

The IOPC #61 18L GTD TGIF (RE) was the biggest prize on offer for the day. It had a buy-in of ₹4,400 and received a total of 851 entries (including reentries and rebuys). It was Ranjeet ‘Rj147’ Negi who shipped the event for a payout of ₹5,31,243 after beating Jaydeep ‘Gogloo’ Dawer who earned a payout of ₹5,26,380. Both players had agreed on a deal that guaranteed them massive payouts! 

IOPC #68 12L GTD House Party (RE)

The IOPC #68 12L GTD House Party (RE) had buy-in of ₹2,200 and received a total of 782 entries (including reentries and rebuys) which was enough to crush the massive guarantee. It was anonymous player ‘Hellblazer’ who shipped the event for a payout of  ₹3,01,852 after beating ‘KaalaPatthar’ who earned a payout of ₹1,90,182. The massive prize pool of ₹15,64,000 was collected by the top 71 players with a min payout of ₹5,943.

IOPC #69 Daredevil 8L GTD (RE)

The IOPC #69 Daredevil 8L GTD (RE) had a buy-in of ₹2,200 and received a total of 676 entries (including reentries and rebuys) creating a prize pool of ₹9,28,000. With a total of 31 places paid, the tournament was won by Nadeem ‘blindgame’ Basha for a payout of ₹1,96,272 after beating ‘Mr.Bojangles in the final heads-up who earned ₹1,32,147 for second place.
