The second-largest jackpot in Mega Millions history just hit on Friday, Jan. 22. The lucky ticket, sold in Michigan, was worth $1.05 billion.
This means for Tuesday, Jan. 26, the Mega Millions jackpot resets to $20 million with a cash option of $14.7 million.

The historic jackpot from Jan. 22 had winning numbers of 4 – 26 – 42 – 50 – 60 with a gold Mega Ball of 24. Obviously, the big winning news is that a jackpot winner out of Michigan matched all six numbers.
However, there were plenty of other winners out of Friday’s jackpot. Ten tickets matched all five white balls to take home a second-place prize.
Eight tickets worth $1 million were sold in:

- New Jersey
The PA Lottery announced that the winning ticket was sold at Sunoco located on 1070 Wayne Ave. in Chambersburg.
Moreover, two second-place tickets nationwide tacked on the $1 Megaplier option, which doubled the $1 million prize to $2 million:
